Amazing teacher, extremely patient and doesn't hold back, true characteristics of an awesome Teacher. Unlike other classes, everything is hands on which I think is the best way to learn. Loads of techniques, tips and tricks were taught. She even bends backward to teach things which are not included in the course. Highly recommended. If I can do cake decoration, it is because of this awesome teacher who continues to teach and nurture her students even after her classes are over. Subhashini is ever ready to teach the nuances that she knows without any hesitation. I have done my two courses with her and must say that not only she develops us as a good cake decorator, she makes sure you venture out confidently into the commercial baking world. Learnt every bit and maximum I could.
From the very baking,torting,ganaching,stacking,sketching a cake.leveling a cake.all the sugarcraft was taught.
It was a complete hands on course.Lot of things were taught which weren't even a part of the course.

I attended Fondbites Advance Fondant Techniques Workshop. The course content is so perfectly designed to suit people who want to polish their cake decorating skills. Subhashini Mam is a great teacher and a very sweet person. She is a person who doesn’t hesitate to share knowledge. She elaborated all techniques and paid attention to every single detail. She trained me till I got the perfect finish on my cake. I learned so much more than what I had expected. She is the best teacher I’ve ever had!

My learning experience with Fondbites didn’t stop there! I’m now a part of this amazing bake along group. I get to learn new, simple and easy recipes every week. I’m so happy I chose Fondbites! Wishing Fondbites and Subhashini Mam the best, always!

I attended Subhashini's Buttercream Decoration classes this January and had a wonderful time in the class, I had zero experience with buttercream before attending her class. Subhashini is the most patient and dedicated person that I have come across and she is a Wonderful teacher. She took time to teach each one of us individually and attended to each of our queries, corrected our mistakes & helped us to learn better. Even after the class she has responded to my queries when I needed her help. I couldn't have found a better person to teach me even if I wanted to :)
