Whipped Chocolate Cream Frosting

Whipped cream is so delicious as it takes as less sugar as possible and makes very stiff peaks and is a great partner when there is need for a quick one.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy chocolate whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons granulated white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Method:

  1. Place the cream and pure vanilla extract on the bowl of your electric beater and beat well until thick.
  2. Add the granulated white sugar and beat again on medium high speed until stiff peaks form.
