Whipped cream is so delicious as it takes as less sugar as possible and makes very stiff peaks and is a great partner when there is need for a quick one.
- 1 cup heavy chocolate whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons granulated white sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Place the cream and pure vanilla extract on the bowl of your electric beater and beat well until thick.
- Add the granulated white sugar and beat again on medium high speed until stiff peaks form.
